Features

Built for FCA drafting

Tools that turn field notes into structured Functional Capacity Assessment drafts, then help you refine them after planner feedback.

Notes to draft

Upload interview notes and documents; clinical facts stay grounded in your sources.

Completeness gate

Spot missing or ambiguous detail before clinical sections are written.

Structured FCA

Generate the full Functional Capacity Assessment section set in one run.

Feedback review

Propose, accept, or reject planner amendments without inventing facts.

Live progress

Follow drafting status as each section completes.

Authenticated access

Create an account, confirm your email, and keep clinical work behind sign-in.

How it works

Three steps to a clearer FCA

1

Capture and customise

Add interview notes and supporting files. Choose which FCA sections to draft and how long they run.

2

Check, then generate

A completeness check flags missing or unclear detail, then Rupert drafts the report. Watch progress as each section finishes.

3

Edit and action feedback

Save your own edits with version history. When planner feedback arrives, review proposed changes with track-changes markup.

FAQ

Common questions

What is Rupert?
Rupert is report tooling for NDIS clinicians. It turns interview notes and supporting documents into a structured Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) draft, then helps you refine that draft after NDIS planner feedback. Marketing is at rupert.jacf.com.au; the product is at rupertapp.jacf.com.au.
Does Rupert replace my clinical judgement?
No. You stay responsible for the assessment and the report. Rupert drafts and proposes changes from your sources; you decide what goes into the final document.
How do I get access to Rupert?
Create an account on Sign up, confirm your email, then sign in. On first use you give your profession and registration details before opening the product.
Is my data used to train public AI models?
No. We do not use your uploads or reports to train public or foundation models.
Where is my data hosted?
App hosting and storage are meant to run in Australia — Fly.io in Sydney and Supabase in Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Drafting and handwriting conversion still call third-party LLM providers, and those calls may be processed outside Australia. Hosting the product here does not mean the models run only here. Most AI writing tools work the same way.
How does billing work?
New accounts get a 7-day trial with two report credits. After that, Core is A$49 per month (GST included). Extra reports are A$8 each (GST included). Paid Core periods also add report credits that roll over while Core stays active. NDIS feedback review does not use a credit. Subscribe or buy packs on /pricing or in Settings → Plans & billing.
