How it fits together
Active Core is required for new reports and new NDIS feedback reviews. Report credits meter new FCA generation only — one credit per new report. Reviews are included with Core and do not use credits. Pricing FAQ
Do NDIS feedback reviews use report credits?
No. Reviews are included with an active Core subscription and do not consume credits. One credit is used only when you start a new FCA report.
Where do I subscribe or buy credits?
Sign up or sign in, then subscribe or buy packs on this page or in Settings → Plans & billing. Stripe Checkout handles payment; Rupert tracks Core and credits.
What happens if Core lapses?
You keep sign-in and can list, open, and download prior reports. New reports and new reviews stay blocked until Core is active again.
Can I buy credits without Core?
When billing enforcement is on, new report work needs Core active and at least one credit. Credits alone do not unlock generation or reviews.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The listed A$49 Core and A$8 extra-report prices include GST. Stripe Checkout is set up so GST is not added again on top.
